Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing behavior analysis services and implementing behavior intervention plans. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct behavioral therapy services
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in the patient's care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
Skills
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform treatment decisions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide training to caregivers
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
