Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks and provide support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, invoicing into QuickBooks responding to emails, and managing mail
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Type, proofread, and edit documents as required
- Provide customer support and assistance as the first point of contact
- Coordinate appointments and schedules
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks and personal assistant duties
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with file management and document typing
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
