**Job Overview:**
HomeLyfe is looking to add a key player to our management team. We need an energetic leader with the experience and skills necessary to build and manage a successful roofing sales team. This is a full-time position that has uncapped income potential with bi-weekly pay, direct and override commissions, and performance bonuses.
Job Description:
- Recruit and train new sales representatives on how to effectively communicate with customers, inspect roofs, close jobs, understand insurance documents, and manage projects
- Organize, manage, and assist the appointment setter
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for customer satisfaction.
- Assist team in selling and managing projects
- Maintain sales team results and prepare detailed reports
- Create leads and sell roofs
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, must be in the roofing industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in business development and managing client relationships.
- Effective time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to teach how to inspect and sell roofs
- Energy and enthusiasm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
