JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Sales Representative
Reports To: President/CEO
Location: IBEX Office – Hybrid (Local to Atlanta, GA)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST (Full-Time)
Pay: 60k - 70k + commission
Job Summary: The Sales Representative drives business growth within our Corporate Training, Staffing, & Professional Services verticals. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within these industries and a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Staffing, Training, or IT industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of strategic and solution selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Innate ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt and help shape customer offerings
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large enterprises.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the IT and training sectors.
- Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Experience in Health IT Staffing
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to close new sales, leveraging industry knowledge and sales expertise.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $64,691.15 per year
