Customer Support Representative
Mister Sparky of Charleston, SC is seeking a customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving issues for assigned accounts.
Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages from customers and other sales representatives.
- Provide information on the company’s services to customers.
- Resolve customer service issues by investigating and researching the root cause of problems; clarifying information to resolve issues; taking action to resolve problems; or escalating issues to appropriate personnel when possible.
- Document information in company records by inputting data; ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow communication procedures by receiving phone calls from customers; notifying appropriate personnel.
- Review sales orders to ensure that customer orders are completed and accurate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with intermediate proficiency in Excel preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
