Here are a few of the duties and responsibilities you can expect as a Stock Associate with Finish Line:
- Assisting customers to provide a premium shopping experience.
- Assist customers during their checkout by working the POS (Point Of Sale) equipment and or answering and questions.
- Ensuring stockroom and store appearance is up to Company standards.
- Maintains Company standards regarding personal sales metrics.
- Branch Trade Review: knowledge of the footwear aspect of the business and sales performance (gender, brand, top styles). Understanding splits and participation numbers. Understanding stock variances.
- Return Log: ensure this is completed by Tuesday.
- Singles: update new singles on a weekly basis. Send back expired singles (90 days) with damages to 555.
- Damages: send out damages on a weekly basis
- Release Procedures: conduct on all footwear with release dates when shoes come in from shipment & count sheets filled out in tandem with inventory summary total
- Ensure backroom organization is being upheld (footwear is ran accordingly) & Stockroom Location is being used for runner/WGI efficiency
- Uphold Loss Prevention expectations, Safety Procedures, & Stock Sales Procedures like WGI-We Got It’s & BOPIS- Buy Online Pick Up In Store’s
- Inventory management: Receiving/Transfer of product via Store 2 Store, IBT & Return To Vendor Transfers coupled with i.e. ARC- Auto Receiving Cartonand SCCI reporting
- Wallpaper Bays 100%, according to most current stockroom organizational standards
- All footwear standards being upheld on a daily basis: drags maintained & wallflow extras ran into location
- Meet stock expectations, backroom operations, service, and footwear standards of backroom and salesfloor to make seamless transition
Requirements:
- Requires standing approximately 5 – 8 hours per day usually 3 – 5 days per week.
- During peak sale periods (e.g. Holiday, Back-to-School), will work for long periods throughout a fast-paced timeframe.
- Requires stooping and kneeling for stock merchandise on storage racks.
- May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale.
- Required to lift items weighing 5 – 25 lbs regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher.
