Encryption Operator
The Encryption Operator will assist in equipment encryption as requested and required to handle daily flow of CDE’s deployments, while meeting encryption goals and objectives. In addition to standard inquiries, the Encryption Operator will assist in handling order issues and will report to the Distribution Manager.

OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT: DEPLOYMENT DIVISION - ENCRYPTION
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain awareness of order level targets to meet and exceed requirements.
- Observe, communicate, and maintain knowledge of best practices.
- Communicate challenges and advise solutions to management.
- Ensure all orders are accurately picked and conduct quality assurance processes before starting orders.
- Encrypt devices and log out devices in salespad.
- Perform factory resets on existing software and encryption keys.
- Perform downloads on devices to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize operating systems to move daily orders through the life cycle of an order.
- Assign orders to the correct deployment areas.
- Ensure accuracy of all items listed within the order and that all items are present as requested.
- Cross-train in alternative areas of deployment as needed.

- Ability to interpret and follow guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure successful downloads.
- Capable of working independently and as a team to meet SLAs.
- Ability to adjust to changing conditions and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable performing under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ability to make independent decisions and capable of working unsupervised.
- Possess good safety habits.
- Must value cleanliness in workstation and equipment.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification, Associate’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years working experience within an operations warehouse setting.
- 1-2 years of experience in an encryption environment preferred.
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, squat, sit and walk for long periods of time.
- Working knowledge of industry best practices for encryption.
- Knowledge of operating a PC: requires clerical skills to update equipment status.
- Must be willing to cross train in the Download area of Deployment.
- Ability to communicate verbally and written in systems (Outlook, Teams, and internal systems).
- Stand/Sit for long periods of time.
