Payments Agent
As a Payments Agent you will play a crucial role in making sure our customers have a world class deposit and withdrawal experience. You will be responsible for monitoring payment transactions, completing daily reporting and investigating any payment related issues. You will work hand in hand with other Operational teams to assist in swift solutions for any customer payments issues.
What You Will Do As A Payments Agent
- Act as the payments front line of Fanatics Betting and Gaming by communicating directly with customers through emails.
- Reconcile customer payments and withdrawals daily with third-party vendors and banking institutions.
- Work within a team environment to gather, interpret and analyze data.
- Assist in maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reporting for financial, gaming, and other statistical data.
- Recognize possible suspicious, fraudulent, or AML activity and partner with the Fraud team to resolve it.
What Skills You Bring
- 0-2 years of experience in a payments-related industry.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Business, Sport Management or Finance.
- Intermediate Excel skills are highly preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, Investigative curiosity with strong organizational skills.
- Understanding of gaming and payment processes.
- Competence with Salesforce & the G Suite products.
- Ability to work a hybrid remote and in office schedule that will include weekends.
- Ability to become and maintain licensing in multiple jurisdictions.
