Our Luxury Beauty client is seeking a Contracted Admin Assistant to join their Brickell office ASAP.
Please note - this will be an ongoing contracted position requiring the Admin to be on-site Monday - Friday.
*Must be available to start ASAP
*Spanish is a PLUS
Responsibilities:
- Handles daily visitor registration responsibilities through a guest registration system
- Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone
- Review all meetings and associated requested services (catering and beverage requests, AV requests, extra chairs, etc)
- Provides additional administrative support to the department and business groups as needed
- Ensures all Reception areas maintain a neat and orderly appearance.
Requirements:
- Minium of 2 years of full-time experience in a customer-facing role in a professional corporate environment
- Exceptional customer service orientation, skills and approach and ability to anticipate service requests
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect easily with others and handle difficult interactions
- Highest level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Have sound judgment in order to resolve problems and make decisions
- Excellent, clear written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, responsible, committed self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Have a collaborative, positive, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Flexible and Adaptable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
