Are you passionate about costumer service and administrative task? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Leasing apartments to new tenants.
Greet prospective clients and qualify them covering all criteria.
Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits on guest cards and in the computer system.
File guest cards and maintain them in accordance with established procedures.
Inspect available models and units and communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.
Demonstrate the community and apartments/models and apply product knowledge to the needs of potential customers by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.
Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in on the agreed upon date.
Follow up immediately on leads that have not closed and attempt to close the sale again.
Get new residents to sign the proper paperwork prior to move-in and orient them to the community.
Assist in monitoring renovations and distributing and following up on renewal notices.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Operating computers programmed with accounting software to record, store and analyze information.
Contact the maintenance team when required.
Review the parking system.
Customer service, greeting customers when they arrive.
Qualifications: Previous experience in costumer service (1 year).
