The Bertram House of Swampscott, an Assisted Living facility, has an opening on our Concierge team for a "friendly and reliable" experienced front-desk customer service professional. We are a fun group that takes immense pride in our facility and the residents that we serve. This position is currently for two days per week: Saturday from 8:15am-12:30pm and Sunday 12:30pm-6:15pm. However other days/shifts often become available due to vacations, and the front desk schedule may change as our community's needs change, so flexibility to help cover a variety of days/shifts as needed is a plus. Candidates must be reliable and committed to helping our community. Looking to hire immediately.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing calls, and taking accurate messages;
- Sorting mail and packages;
- Assisting with activities;
