Now Hiring Customer Service/ Sales Associate
For a Textile Co. Located in Los Angeles
Monday - Thursday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
Friday -7:30am to 4:00pm
Payrate: $24.00 - DOE
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication Skills, with pleasant demeanor over the phone
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Strong computer literacy with expertise in Outlook, Word, Excel
- Outstanding Organizational and time management skills
- Multitasking
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Customer Service
- Bilingual
- High School Diploma
Responsibilities:
- Assist outside sales representatives and provide stellar customer service support
- Administrative support to the Sales Manager
- Efficient handling orders, including pricing and processing
- Maintain and update customer account information
- Manage Quotes and bids for sales representative
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers and vendors
- Engage in prospecting for new clients and re-engaging dormant accounts
- Strive to upsell and increase order values whenever feasible
