This is an outside sales role for new business development. Selling of cybersecurity staffing solutions to net new commercial businesses.
Qualifications
Aggressive, determined, and successful salesperson who is not afraid to call on, and pursue, new prospects through outbound calling.
Previous experience selling staff augmentation and resource placements preferred.
Previous experience as a technical recruiter with lead generation preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Persistence and tenacity.
Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application to maintain contact database. Hubspot experience preferred.
Candidate must have a home office, reliable and fast internet, and a capable computer.
Benefits
Compensation is a generous 100% commission based schedule. There are no regular salary or benefits, although there is unlimited earnings potential.
