We are a leading third-party logistics (3PL) company based in Atlanta. We provide warehousing, shipping for B2C & B2B clients, customized assembly, and kitting for an expansive range of consumer products.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality control processes, managing client success initiatives, and ensuring that our clients receive superior service and support. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in customer service, project management, and quality control within the logistics industry. The CSM will also develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure all services meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
· Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
· Partner with the leadership team to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality control and client success.
· Prepare and present reports to senior management on performance metrics, client feedback, and improvement strategies.
· Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
· Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide updates on service improvements and project progress.
· Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
· Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all warehouse functions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in client support, customer service, project management, and quality control.
- Warehouse, 3PL experience and familiarity with best practices strongly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
