Clinical Director Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to join our healthcare team at our Outpatient Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and clinical management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical operations of the organization
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
- Manage and supervise clinical staff, including nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective patient care
- Develop and maintain relationships with external healthcare providers and organizations
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of client care provided by the organization
- Ensure that all clinical staff are properly trained and licensed
- Participate in budget planning and management
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in related field
- Licensed for minimum of 2 years (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for healthcare organizations
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
