JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients professionally and courteously.
· Professionally and quickly assist customers with inquiries, concerns, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and in person.
· Selling bus tickets, booking, canceling, and confirming reservations; checking in customers; and handling customer relations and lost and found.
· Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies.
· Resolve customer issues promptly, efficiently, and professionally, and escalate complex problems as necessary.
· Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and update information as needed.
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Prepare and audit driver paperwork, as well as open and closing shift duties.
· Maintain Check-in Office and front desk area neat and clean.
· Transmit and take phone call messages and direct them to the right person.
· Assist with event planning and coordination as necessary.
· Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, sorting, faxing, scanning, typing, and organizing documents.
· Act as a personal assistant to management by scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing reports.
· Utilize Google Suite and other software applications to complete tasks.
· Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various reporting purposes.
· Candidate must be flexible and open to performing various tasks as the supervisor and manager requested.
REQUIREMENT:
· Proficiency in English; bilingual is a plus.
· A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
· A stable employment history, punctuality, and dependability with consistent attendance.
· Excellent phone etiquette and Interpersonal skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Previous experience in customer service and money handling is required.
· Must know how to type at least 40+ words per minute (will be tested).
· Basic office machinery (copier, fax scanner) with experience in an office environment.
· Proficient in computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
· Strong problem-solving and ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
· Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
· Requires the ability to walk and stand during working hours.
· Reliable transportation; must be available to work any shifts, weekends, and holidays.
· Must pass a criminal background check and a Drug-Free workplace.
