Title: Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced operations professional who loves numbers and schedules to join our team.
Definition of Success:
Complete ownership of time sensitive and critical details including documentation, tracking systems, order management, logistic and shipping details, and can ensure information is up to date and in the right place at the right time.
Key Areas of Focus:
· Collaborate with global colleagues, vendors, and partners to ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered on-time.
· Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in relation to transportation, logistics systems, and/or client systems
· Set deadlines, follow timelines, and track milestones.
· Create and analyze quotation sheets and monitor project margins and profitability.
· Ensure project related documentation is complete, current, and filed appropriately.
· Process orders and invoices through company’s financial software
· Other duties as assigned by management.
· -Updating tracking systems with progress information including but not limited to pricing chart, sale tracker, and forecast summary
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with international logistics.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proven experience in product coordination, preferably in a licensing or retail environment
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Other Notes:
· Salary: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year based on experience
· Job Type: Full-time
· Required to work in Camarillo office Monday-Thursday, Friday optional from remote location
· Completion of pre-employment assessment test upon request
