Job Responsibilities

- Ensure the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer.
- Create the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional services that fit the customers needs
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations
- Meet all sales goals and service standards
- Complete administrative tasks daily to assist the branch as needed
- Communicate via telephone and email in a professional manner
- Assist with the returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed
- Perform other job duties as assigned by management to meet the business needs.
Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to work 24-40 hours per week including day and/or evening hours as well as Holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Ability to communicate in other languages are preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
