Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our remote short term rental team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation in client and guest management for producing quality experiences for Airbnb stays. This job is fully remote, requires 6 days a week with one day off, which is typically a Saturday and most importantly a strong desire to grow and work with a team. The job will touch on all aspects of Airbnb management from managing cleaning, inventory, client and guest communication, repairs, accounting. There is no actual cleaning or on site work required. The right person will bring industry experience and be able to add value quickly.
Additional Responsibilities:
-Respond to directions from a supervisor during the training phase
- Manage rental calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with maintaining digital filing systems
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate set up of new client properties and respond to guest requests
- Perform general clerical duties, such as routine account audits
Requirements:
-Previous hospitality management and guest experience, especially with Airbnb
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role in the Short Term Rental Industry with experience managing Airbnb's.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but able to work with and learn from experienced mangers
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions. This position starts with a Salary of $42,000.00 annually with a performance based salary increase 90 days after training completes.
