**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in law office management, possess strong administrative skills, and excel in multitasking.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems
- Assist in budgeting and financial tasks
- Handle human resources functions such as employee records and benefits administration
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Organize and schedule meetings, events, and appointments
- Provide general support to visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Develop and maintain a filing system
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Experience with financial recordkeeping
- Experience with budgeting processes
