Job Title:
Operations Coordinator
Job description:
The Operations Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the franchise and its patrols and ensures their effectiveness in providing peace of mind. This includes training and reviews, devising service improvements, and ultimate responsibility for the overall quality of the client’s Signal experience.
The Operations Coordinator is someone of strong character who shows promise as a leader and mentor. This person serves as the direct contact for all clientele, new and existing, and is responsible for disseminating the company's vision to those they supervise. To better describe what we are looking for, we can refer to our five core values:
Passion: Passion effects every aspect of one's performance. We are looking for someone that is highly passionate about the service we provide and the network we are continually building.
Honesty and Integrity: In the Physical Security industry, management cannot be everywhere at once. We are looking for someone that not only embodies the integrity to do what must be done without direct supervision, but also holds everyone accountable for that same level of integrity.
Relationships: Without the relationships we build with our clients and officers, we would not have a healthy business. We are looking for someone that can not only connect with everyone in our network, but also recognize this quality in others.
Serving: The service we provide is in an effort to improve the communities we serve. We are looking for someone that innately considers this with every decision along each step in our processes.
Learning: With over 25 clients and 60 employees, there is an endless need to familiarize ourselves with new sites, processes, and people. We are looking for someone that is highly receptive to new ideas and always wants to better themselves, both professionally and personally.
We are looking for someone that will truly own this role and adapt to every challenge in efforts to build a long lasting career in the Physical Security industry.
