Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their financial needs and inquiries.- Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.- Utilize knowledge of banking products and services to recommend appropriate solutions to customers.- Identify and prevent potential fraud by staying vigilant and following security protocols.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.- Meet sales goals by actively promoting financial products and services to customers.- Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.- Assist with loan origination and processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.- Utilize strong math skills to perform calculations and reconcile accounts effectively.- Upsell additional products and services to meet customer needs and increase revenue.
Qualifications- Strong background in banking and financial services- Proficiency in basic math and financial calculations- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships- Experience in cash handling, debits & credits, and cash management- Knowledge of financial sales and upselling techniques- Familiarity with loan origination, processing, and fraud prevention- Ability to use 10 key typing for accurate data entry- Prior experience in customer relationship management and retail math- Certification in fraud prevention and detection is a plus
