Job Summary:
The TM Product Manager - Receivables role will be responsible for managing and enhancing Synovus’ receivables products, including Integrated Receivables and Smart Payment Matching. This role requires a deep understanding of receivables management, cash application processes, and the ability to leverage technologies including artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and customer experience. This positions will be responsible for managing product lifecycle processes including ideation, strategy, development, management, marketing, communication, commercialization, profitability, sales support strategies and ongoing monitoring and risk management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the product lifecycle for Integrated Receivablesand Smart Payment Matchingsolutions, aligning with market demands and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propel product development, enhancements, and market strategies.
- Analyze product performance and market trends to drive innovation and enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on receivables products, supporting and educating sales, implementation, and service teams.
- Partner with technology providers to ensure smooth integration and performance of receivables solutions.
- Maintain competitive edge by monitoring industry standards and competitor offerings.
- Manage product-related risk and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead the selection, design, and promotion of products, leveraging technology, operations, and data analytics to offer differentiated solutions.
- Set strategic goals for Treasury Management product development and marketing, overseeing risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, supporting risk management and compliance needs.
- Evaluate business outcomes of products, recommending adjustments to enhance performance and customer experience.
- Provide product training and serve as a liaison for product knowledge and new banking relationship implementations.
- Uphold risk awareness within their functional area, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and commercial banking experience.
Minimum Experience:
Six (6) + years experience in Commercial payment, Treasury Management Services and/or commercial banking.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Direct experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Operations, Treasury Management Operations or other similar line of business
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Excellent project management skills
- In-depth and broad knowledge of Treasury Management applications and products
Experience with Microsoft 365 and related productivity tools.
- Analytical skills, and the ability to review data with upmost detail.
Ability to think strategically and drive high performance within a team.
Demonstrated ability to lead courageously, foster innovation and cultivate continuous learning.
Strong understanding of receivables processes, payment types, and cash application systems.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Certification
- Proven track record of managing product development and launching successful products.
- Experience with AI and machine learning applications in financial services.
- Knowledge of File Transmissions & API Capabilities
- Continuous Improvement & Change Management experience
