Role and Responsibilities
- Process rental reservation paperwork and returns.
- Consult customer decision makers regarding the rental needs.
- Communicate to sales and management personnel regarding vehicle repair status and department policies.
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding rentals.
- Inspect returning rental vehicles for damage and coordinate with management regarding repairs, if needed.
- Process credit card payment for customers.
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
- Meets others’ needs in a timely manner and with a positive attitude.
- Act responsibly and professionally with customers and other employees.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Thoroughly review information for accuracy and consistency.
- Accomplish tasks according to the direction and instructions provided.

- Customer service or automotive industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Schedule
Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 1 hour lunch. Paid holidays with New Years Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day off. 2 paid personal days after 90 days of employment, plus 1 week of vacation time after 1 year of employment, an additional week at your 2nd anniversary and a third week on your 10th anniversary.
