Job Position Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction and Administration Coordinator to join our team. In this dual role, you will manage commercial mortgage transactions and provide crucial administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end commercial mortgage transactions, ensuring seamless execution from initial inquiry to funding.
- Maintain CRM databases of leads and lenders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of comprehensive deal packages to lenders.
- Schedule and facilitate calls between borrowers and lenders, ensuring effective communication.
- Assist in the underwriting process and coordinate pre-closing requirements.
- Provide general office management support, including organizing schedules and managing email communications.
- Create marketing materials and manage our social media presence to enhance visibility.
- Track expenses and manage receipts to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in transaction management, administrative assistance, or related fields within commercial real estate or finance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Decision-making skills to support lender selection and negotiation processes.
- Adaptability to dynamic market conditions and a commitment to continuous learning.
