Bilingual Customer Service Rep
We're looking for a entry level bilingual person to help provide our customers with speedy help and answers to their questions and to field general overall office work. Willing to learn
Responsibilities:
- Answer general support requests via phone; email
- Collaborate with other office staff to assist in managing busy retail office
- Update knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation for internal use
- Comfortable with technology and a willingness to learn more.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills, including research
- Experience with Office Suites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual
- Great attitude, team player
- Excellent attendance
- Professional, courteous and committed to provide amazing customer support
- Willing to work flexible hours (weekends and holidays required, but no nights)
- AS400 experience a plus!
