Position Summary: The National Commercial Financial Services Manager will support all Commercial Sales Reps with the sale of all F&I Products and Services. __________________________________________________________________
Essential Job Functions and Duties: • Acquire Finance and Insurance products for resale to MobilityWorks customers.
- Perform analysis of existing financing options in terms of how they meet customer needs and expand offerings as necessary to meet business growth objectives
- Communicate with all personnel involved to assure proper implementation of product and superior customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customers’ credit bureaus and credit histories to determine which bank or banks to submit the credit application and P&S agreements to.
- Create and maintain deal jackets.
- Interface and negotiate with customers, Commercial Sales Representatives, and lenders for all underwriting issues related to customer transactions.
- Correspond as necessary with all appropriate personnel during the deal approval process, including General Managers, Sales Representatives, Vehicle and Sales Administration, and Accounting.
- Assist with commercial sales training and development of marketing collateral to promote Mobility Works finance programs and offerings.
- Perform any other tasks or duties required in the successful implementation of the sales and service of financing, insurance, and warranty programs.
- Maintain vendor and contract relationships with partners: Adverse Action to customers whom we have denied credit.
- Print and prepare Finance Contracts and packages and send them to locations.
- Print and prepare VSP contracts.
- Maintain Sales Activity Spreadsheet.
- Maintain Finance Contracts and VSP contracts supplies.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete and appropriately obtained from Sales staff and customers.
- Ensure State and Federal regulatory compliance with respect to the sales and implementation of these programs.
- Act as a backup to the Compliance Coordinator for all compliance-related items.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and all state-mandated regulations.

Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years of experience working with Finance preferred.
- Highly effective communication skills with a compelling phone presence.
- Strong customer service mentality.
- Warm and friendly demeanor.
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
- Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Able to function capably in an office environment using standard equipment (telephones, fax machines, computers, copiers, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to complete office-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed
