Austin Staffing, Inc. is now hiring for a Webstore Customer Service Associate for our Austin, TX. based client. In this role, you will support merchandise sales for a political campaign. This is considered a seasonal assignment with an expected duration of immediate through November 2024. Remote work will be offered once minimal training at company site has been satisfied. Primary Duties:
- Communicate with customers via email (no phones) using the CRM Gorgias.
- Assist customers with their merchandise orders on two separate online stores.
- Resolve common issues such as lost/damaged goods, returns, order tracking, etc.
- Utilize various eCommerce software to investigate and resolve issues, ie; BigCommerce, Ordoro, Shopify.
- Validate bad addresses for pending orders and mailroom returns.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product feedback and improvements from customer interaction.
- Undertake additional duties as required on days with lower ticket volum.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms.
- High level knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, etc.)
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
