Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth at StoneHardscapes. In this role, you will be responsible for setting clear goals, motivating and training the sales team to exceed sales targets, and ensuring the effective use of SalesForce to enhance sales performance. You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives, collaborating closely with sister companies statewide to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while addressing potential threats. Additionally, you will conduct strategic planning and forecasting meetings, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and identifying areas for continuous improvement through proactive data analysis and measures.
