We are currently seeking Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team.
He/She will safely guide traffic through our work zones, ensuring safe travel of all moving or stationary people, vehicles, and/or equipment. Must be an experienced Flagger with Certification and be familiar using signs and hand signals. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time, and work outside in varying weather conditions.

*Required Qualifications: *
- 1+ year of flagging experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proof of Certification Required
- Valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Have reliable communication to receive work schedule.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates of heat, cold, and rain.
- Be able to stand throughout your entire shift, hand and arm movement is required.
- The position does not allow for frequent breaks.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Be physically capable to perform all flagging duties.
- Available Monday through Friday for 8-12 hours per day, some weekends and holidays may be required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay: $16-18 Per Hour – Get Paid Weekly!
Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones. Including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
- Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
- Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites in a safe manner.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Wear and maintain proper PPE in accordance with company policy.
- Read and comprehend safety manuals and employee handbooks.
- Reports directly to a Field Supervisor.
- Other job duties as assigned.
