Responsibilities:
- Manage medications like the boss you are according to doctor's orders and state regulations.
- Keep tabs on how our residents react to their medicine and make a note.
- Lend a helping hand in everyday activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Sum up your excellent communication skills to chat with the residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Keep accurate records of awesome care given to the residents.
- Join in on care planning to make sure our residents are taken care of from head to toe.
- Treat our residents with respect and make sure they're safe and sound, always!
Qualifications:
- You grabbed that high school diploma or equivalent, right?
- You've finished a state-approved Medication Aide training program.
- You're a Medication Aide - QMA certified in the state of Indiana.
- You've had previous healthcare experience and you're awesome.
- You have communication and people skills that rival those of Oprah Winfrey.
- You're a compassionate superstar with an eye for patient-centered care.
