Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Chinese & English)

Cenntro is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator based in Ontario CA.
The primary responsibility of the Sales & Marketing Coordinator is to perform a variety of customer service, clerical and administrative activities and will provide vacation/back-up coverage to other members of our operations team.
The ideal candidate for our Sales & Marketing Coordinator position is a well-organized, out-going, friendly and enthusiastic individual with experience in customer service or sales support, works well in a fast paced environment, is comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities and possesses great customer service and teamwork skills.
In this role, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will support both internal and external marketing projects. The responsibilities of this role include providing administrative assistance, coordinating and executing events, helping with digital marketing initiatives, tracking department projects, management of marketing collateral inventories and other marketing-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of company marketing
- Prospecting contractors, designers, and other B2B accounts
- Attend networking events to gather leads and follow up with them
- Create and schedule social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok utilizing Loomly
- Design advertising for digital and print campaigns
- Sending out referral and other marketing emails using MailChimp
- Enter customer information into the company database
- Answer phones & E-mails
- Engage in client/prospect research
- Maintain client profiles, prepare quotes and enter orders/reorders
- Research products & suppliers using the internet, industry specific search software and other methods
- Prepare presentations for prospective customers & current customers
- Follow up on quotes and order activities with clients
- Maintain and regularly update the internal CRM database.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, collaborative team player that enjoys working within a results-driven, community-oriented environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with customer retention
Requirements and skills
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field of study preferred.
- Bilingual Mandarin & English
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer & internet search skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Precise attention to detail
- Must be a highly productive, efficient self-starter with problem solving skills
- Positive, teamwork and collaboration skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and coworkers
