The
Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a program.
Essential Functions:

Develops and maintains a program plan outlining the scope, objectives, resources, timeline, and deliverables of each project

Oversee the execution of multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives

Develop and implement strategies for program execution and risk management
-
Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment
-
Continuously communicate program status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of program objectives
-
Partner with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment on project priorities
-
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
-
Support the professional development of team members through coaching, training, and mentorship
-
Establish quality standards for project deliverables and work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure service meets customer requirements and organizational standards

Ensures compliance with required certification criteria and standards, and with contractual obligations
-
Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions and best practices

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office and other computer skills

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Excellent organizational abilities, with demonstrated aptitude in decision-making and problem solving

Strong knowledge of PM tools and methodologies

Demonstrated competency in planning, financial analysis and reviewing profit and loss (P&L) statements

Excellent active listening, analysis, and deductive reasoning skills

Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; works as a team leader

Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; master's degree preferred

7+ years' project or program management experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure with demonstrated knowledge executing a large contract is required

PMP of acquisition level certification is preferred

Must possess a valid driver's license
-
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)

Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
