We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as the Strategic Accounts Recruitment and Engagement Manager. In this new role, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), Community Health Centers (CHCs), and Dental School Faculty groups while spearheading membership initiatives.
Your primary duties will involve conducting targeted campaigns to attract new relationships with large dental employers through various channels such as phone calls, email, direct mail, social media and face-to-face interactions. Collaborating closely with the team, you will contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive statewide recruitment strategy aimed at expanding and engaging our membership base.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our society’s future growth. Your insights will be instrumental in identifying key membership segments, exploring new membership categories, and devising innovative membership benefits and incentives to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct campaign to recruit new large dental organizations to join the MDS
- Assist in developing and implementing an effective statewide recruitment campaign to increase and engage membership.
- Develop programming to support the needs of large dental organizations
- Assist in determining key membership segments and prospects, potential new membership categories, and new membership benefits or membership incentives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and two years’ job-related sales and relationship-building experience.
- Association or membership recruitment experience
- Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Detail oriented with proven sales and networking skills.
- Self-starter who presents themselves professionally.
- Ability to prospect/cold-call new members.
- Proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Salesforce is helpful.
- Able to think outside the box to offer new ideas, concepts, solutions, etc.
- Team player that works well in a fast-changing environment.
- Exceptional people skills with an outgoing personality.
- Must be available for evening and weekend meetings and events throughout Massachusetts.
- Availability to attend Yankee Dental Congress annually, last week in January, in Boston
