Assistant Community Association Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Total Realty Services, a leader in managing 10+ condo associations on Tampa Bay Beaches, is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager (CAM). This position supports the CAM and handles administrative duties for all our managed associations. The ideal candidate is organized, conscientious, an independent worker, and able to make quick decisions under pressure. Exceptional customer service skills are essential for interacting with owners, guests, tenants, vendors, realtors, contractors, and other primary contacts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the CAM with community projects, obtaining and analyzing bids.
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including setup, notices, and minutes.
- Manage electronic filing of community records and handle administrative forms.
- Provide customer service by answering questions and responding to requests from stakeholders.
- Distribute welcome packages and rules to new owners.
- Manage proxy votes, voting certificates, and compliance with statutes.
- Oversee vendor proposals, contracts, and renewals.
- Communicate with the accounting department on dues collections and vendor payables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with owners, tenants, guests, staff, and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of community association management practices and regulations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
