Primary Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of concurrent initiatives, including but not limited to client expansions, client integrations, and operational projects. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects from start to finish, effectively assigning, delegating, coordinating and monitoring the project. This position will require exploring new methods to assist with efficiencies of integrations, implementations, and operational processes. This position is ultimately responsible for bringing a project in on time, within budget, and with a quality-finished product.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees all tasks of projects including large, complex mergers, acquisitions, and integrations

Provide hands-on support to Clinics and Operational Support Departments during integrations

Responsible for taking ownership of project agenda and overall communication of the project while holding Support Departments accountable for their assigned duties

Sets project deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and tracks status of projects

Set goals and expectations that align with the company direction
- Excellent communication skills (listening, written and oral) in various types of settings both in-person and remote

Analyzing and managing project risk, including communicating to key stakeholders in a timely manner when obstacles arise

Must establish and maintain relationships with clinic team members, management, providers, and support departments

Helps prepare communications and documents to deliver process and structure to new integrations

Ability to organize work, set priorities, complete tasks, produce high-quality work, meet critical deadlines, and follow up on assignments with minimum direction
- Serves as liaison between clinics, physicians, and operational support departments during integration projects

Must be able to manage and communicate expectations related to projects to internal and external resources

Ability to manage projects using project management tools
- Assists COO with administrative tasks

Bachelors degree required (Preference in Business or Healthcare Administration) or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 5 years project management experience in a matrixed environment (preferably in a healthcare setting)

Requires attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Requires the ability to discreetly handle details of highly confidential information in strict adherence to HIPAA patient confidentiality regulations
- Proficient in desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment such as a phone, fax, copier, printer, etc.
- Must be extremely reliable and highly adaptable
- Requires previous leadership or management experience
- Extensive travel is required
