The HR Generalist is responsible for performing all Human Resource functions of the GSP and SF locations. This includes but is not limited to
· Recruit, interview, onboard, and maintain staff and all documentation.
· Oversee employee engagement and disciplinary processes as defined.
· Benefit Administration along with managing FMLA/WC/UI occurrences.
· Update records, Storage, and retention of sensitive files.
· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
· Responsible for Administration, and development of Training programs.
· Assists with the development of company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
· Tracks and monitors following of federal, state, and local employment laws.
· Mediate disputes and ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
