Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, implementing behavioral therapy plans, and ensuring the highest quality of care.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on autism spectrum disorders
- Utilize evidence-based practices to guide interventions and measure outcomes
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals, families, and caregivers
- Knowledge of inhale systems for data collection and analysis
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines in behavioral health practice
- Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
