In the role of Senior Project Manager, we'll count on you to:
- Direct HDR’s water quality, regulatory, and water utility advisory consulting services in client advising and engagement, perform data analyses and document results, and make recommendations on alternatives related to operation and business management changes.
- Contribute to industry and thought leadership in specific areas of technical expertise by participating nationally and internationally with industry groups.
- Additionally, drive direction or lead marketing and business development activities in collaboration with leadership and other management consultants to secure new work for the practice and more junior consultants.
- Perform and direct highly complex qualitative and quantitative analyses related to operational changes and their impacts.
- Manage relationships with multiple clients, serve as Principal in Charge or Project Manager on large, very complex projects to direct work and manage scope, schedule and budget.
- Plan, organize, supervise and distribute work to more junior staff to ensure efficient utilization.
- Actively participate nationally and internationally in industry groups and professional associations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor with recognized authority in an area of specialization that solves problems of great scope and complexity.
- Direct work related to proposal efforts and engagements, and develop relationships with potential teaming partners.
- Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field

A minimum of 10 years as a consultant and extensive related experience

Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and present summary level information

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational and follow-up skills
