We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team, specializing in troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should excel in problem-solving, possess strong communication skills, and genuinely enjoy assisting customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for technical problems.
- Document and track customer issues using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of issues and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support software.
- Demonstrates patience and empathy in customer interactions.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, IT support, or a related field.
