Training and Enablement Strategy:

Direct the effective and efficient planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs and activities across the organization, aligned with our mission and business goals.

Collaborate with HR to provide leadership training opportunities that develop our people managers and to gather talent analytics for performance measurement.

Partner with Key Stakeholders to ensure training objectives are aligned with business goals and expected outcomes.

Set standards for career planning, partnering with HR and business partners for effective implementation.
Leading and Managing:

Conduct regular assessments of the company's learning and development needs and identify training opportunities to improve employee performance.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and skill/career development to the learning and development team, ensuring high-performance and engagement.

Act as a thought leader, driving innovation in learning methodologies to address sales, customer experience, and maintenance.

Foster cross-departmental relationships through programs involving HR and IT.

Oversee relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment.
Role Expectations:

Responsible for budget creation and compliance.

Oversee onboarding training and processes for Windsor corporate and on-site positions.

Develop specialized learning programs for maintenance, sales positions, and other Windsor associates who are promoted.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and development and foster a learning culture across the organization.

Launch a new learning management platforms or enhance existing LMS to meet our evolving needs.

Evaluate department structure and resources on an as-needed basis to align with company goals and initiatives.

Set goals and objectives for L&D department.

Craft an effective learning and development program for the Windsor 2025 initiative, a groundbreaking new business model incorporating better positions and advanced technologies.

Establish and track performance metrics related to training objectives. Regularly review and analyze the data to help identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions for future training initiatives.

Other responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of experience leading the Learning and Development function of an organization.

Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.

Experience scaling L&D strategy, programs, and processes for a high-growth organization.

Experience conceptualizing and implementing a cutting-edge L&D stack.

Experience scaling virtual, on demand, and in-person training solutions to meet a variety of learner needs and business verticals.

Experience developing operational training and enablement solutions to directly impact performance and ROI.

Experience running L&D function at a mid-size or large-scale enterprise organization.
Drug testing and background checks are an employment requirement. These are required steps in the hiring process.
