About this Job:
- Job location: Spokane -In Person or Richland -In Person
- Collaborate with our team of a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistants and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
- Evaluation and management of patients with musculoskeletal pain.
- Order and interpret diagnostic therapeutic tests relative to patient’s needs.
- Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities.
- Implement interventions to support the patient to regain or maintain physiologic stability.
- Training provided.

Requirements:
- Physician or Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post degree)
- Washington license (active/good standing)
- DEA (active/no restrictions)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Treats a diverse patient population, across gender, age and ethnicity.
- Evaluate patients with chronic pain issues. Obtain medical history and perform targeted physical examinations based on their pain complaints
- Provide direct treatment and management of patients and appropriate referrals to other healthcare providers.
- Orders various diagnostic tests and diagnostic images to evaluate the patient's condition to determine treatment program recommendations.
- Analyzes diagnostic reports, imaging findings and medical conditions.
- Prescribes controlled substances in line with clinical protocols and industry standards.
- Recommends other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, chiropractic care, osteopathic treatments, or acupuncture.
- Demonstrates knowledge of functional medicine aspects that impact chronic pain conditions.
- Refers patients to various medical specialists for advanced care or surgical opinions.
- Orders patient oversight testing for chronic medication management.
- Advise patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease.
- Records and/or signs off on physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition in the patient’s electronic chart in accordance with established standards.
- Participates in provider staff meetings to develop problem-solving techniques, and acquire team-building skills.
- Participates in peer reviews and quality assurance improvement.
- Ability to work independently, with limited physician supervision and oversight while seeking timely and appropriate consultations as necessary.
- Maintains a productive work schedule, charting in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates flexibility in the staffing department, with the ability to adjust schedules to meet market and patient demand.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
