Position Requirements and Responsibilities:

Minimum five years' experience in civil construction trenchless pipe installation

Overall responsibility for safety of all individuals on the projects, working directly with our Safety Managers

Works with inspectors on the standard requirements of the project
-
Responsible for overall operations at the jobsite including meeting schedules and budgets
-
Partners with the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding labor, equipment, subcontractors, material suppliers, and schedules to achieve safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness

Daily paperwork including: Notice and Dailies, JHA's, Safety Permits & Work Orders (Change Order Management)

Advanced knowledge of reading plans and specifications

Supplier and material coordination, subcontractor management

Strong organizational skills; ability to plan, schedule, supervise; responsible for completion of the project in a logical path

Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees

Understand budgets and full responsibility of the overall project scope

High understanding of soil conditions and anticipated reaction of the soil once disturbed

Employee development and mentoring

Excellent communication with fellow Superintendents, General Superintendent, Project Manager, and Foremen
-
The employee may be exposed to working conditions that include loud, large heavy equipment and near moving mechanical parts

This job requires working outdoors in inclement Colorado weather conditions, year-round
-
Early start work days, occasional night and weekend work required
