Job Summary
We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team at Arizona Behavioral Counseling.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule first appointments, and manage client files from admission to discharge.
- Manage administrative reports related to client case files to ensure thorough documentation and compliance with judicial system requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service to our clients.
- Collaborate closely with management and staff to ensure efficient operations to ensure seamless client support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in behavioral health or a related field is a plus.
