Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial HVAC Sales Executive to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong sales background and a passion for Commercial HVAC sales.
Duties:
- Must be comfortable with heights and use of ladders to access various equipment
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
- Present product offerings and solutions to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond to foster long-term customer loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales in Commercial HVAC sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Exceptional organizational skills and experience using CRM software
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00+
