We specialize in all aspects of restaurant maintenance, repairs, TI, remodels, build-outs, and store closings for commercial, retail, and restaurant clients.

We are also looking for a more Junior Project Manager who has the desire to learn and grow but must bring in some Commercial Construction experience and strong project management and computer literacy skills.
Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Construction Project Manager role. The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the construction project/process. This is a hybrid role, located in Denver, CO, with the flexibility for some remote work and possible travel.
We would also like to hire someone in a Junior Project Manager role, with all of the same responsibilities, and we’re willing to invest in their development and growth in the industry. They must however have at least 5 years’ experience in the Commercial Construction business with strong computer literacy.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiating the best contracts to ensure maximum profitability
- Obtaining relevant permits and licenses
- Determining the necessary resources (time, cost, labor, materials) for each project
- Performing detailed analyses and drawing up reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all building, safety, and governmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Our Senior Project Manager should have at least 20 plus years in the construction industry with strong Superintendent and Project Manager experience in the Commercial Restaurant Construction Business
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in the Commercial Construction industry for our more Junior role
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or similar strongly desired
- Strong project coordination and project management skills
- Experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in budgeting and construction management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Advanced understanding of construction processes, principles, materials, and tools
- Providing guidance and supervision as required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
