Job Title: Hospice Marketer/Liaison

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and health care administrators.
- Promote the hospice services of Entera Healthcare to potential referral sources and prospective patients.
- Conduct presentations about our services to the medical community, patients, and families.
- Coordinate and implement effective facility sales and marketing programs.
- Identify and develop new referral sources.
- Respond to inquiries about the services provided by Entera Healthcare.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in hospice care.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Serve as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management
- Develop and maintain business relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and pursue opportunities for new business development
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and target markets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track client interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Participate in outside sales activities such as attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication skills)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify sales opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and agreements
