HireArt is helping a leading-edge AI platform company hire an innovative and talented Community Manager (Italian) to focus on growing and developing its Italian-speaking communities. This role is key to expanding its presence and nurturing active communities in Italian-speaking regions.
You will boost awareness and interest in trying the company's platform by engaging in trends that elevate the brand, creating content that educates consumers on product value across use cases, and growing the current and new audience.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Italian and English, with a deep understanding of cultural contexts in these communities.
As Community Manager, you'll:
- Own strategy and execution for the company's community growth and engagement in Italian-speaking regions.
- Translate important announcements, updates, and other content into Italian.
- Moderate and facilitate discussions on online platforms and social media in both Italian and English.
- Organize and manage community events tailored to Italian-speaking users, both online and in-person.
- Gather, analyze, and report on community feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and support teams to maintain a cohesive strategy and voice across all communications in Italian.
- Stay updated on industry trends and engage in relevant community discussions to stay aligned with market needs and opportunities.
- 1+ years of proven experience with community management and/or social marketing for tech, entertainment, or consumer products
- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances relevant to Italian-speaking markets
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a knack for engaging and motivating diverse community groups
- Experience creating and curating content as part of the community engagement calendar (blog posts, social media content, wikis, knowledge bases, and other kinds of member-generated content)
- Experienced in organizing and leading community events, both virtually and physically
- Experience with analytics, including interpreting metrics/data, analytics tools (Google Analytics), making data-driven decisions and reporting on KPIs
- Proficient with digital communication tools, including social media platforms, forums, and content management systems
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines efficiently
Commitment: This is an ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. This role will be remote and available to U.S. based candidates.
