Description:
- Works with subject matter experts to design, develop and deploy e-learning courseware content for self-paced learning modules delivered electronically.

Converts presentations and classroom based learning to e-Learning and blended learning formats.
- Performs quality testing on courseware distributed via the LMS. Works with end users to gather feedback and enhancement requests for e-Learning modules and the LMS.
- Provides first line support to end users of the LMS and web-based training modules.

Implements training programs which support the Vision, Mission, and Values of Emory Healthcare.

Supports other training to support ablended learning approach.
- Conducts all sessions in accordance with IACET guidelines for those requesting CEU's.
- Participates on the E-learning Governance Committee.
Minimum Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred;
- Three years experience in e-learning and blended learning development.
- Seasoned experience with learning management systems is required.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
