We are seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet operations. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. **Duties:** - Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures - Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs - Coordinate vehicle inspections and registrations - Manage fueling programs and track fuel consumption - Oversee driver training programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Analyze fleet data to optimize performance and reduce costs - Collaborate with vendors and negotiate service contracts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field - Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of regulatory requirements for commercial vehicles **Nice-to-have Skills:** - Certification in Fleet Management (e.g., CAFM) - Experience with telematics systems for tracking vehicle performance - Familiarity with environmental regulations related to fleet operations Join our team as a Fleet Manager and contribute to the efficient operation of our vehicle fleet while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
